How often have you read the last chapter or pages in between of a novel before reading it from the start? Never? Please don't lie fellows. :) Turning pages inquisitively, a sneak peek-is what I love. With regard to all the writers, sorry for spoiling the secrets kept until the end and climax brilliantly drafted in between. :) Well, that's me! So it so happened that I watched X-Men; Days of future past, the latest of the series released in May before watching the entire series. My friends literally asked me questions banging their heads on the wall. Seriously, what the . . . ? It is surely not justified! What did you understand in the movie, without experiencing the past events? In my defence, I just did it-spare me!
Months passed by. Finally, I watched the entire series this November. Honestly, it was a pulsating experience! Juggling in the past and the present, the story actually captures you. An aura of mystery and fascination surrounds the characters. As they say, there always is a zenith point, something that is cherry on the cake. For me it was a simple yet powerful dialogue, distinguishing between rage and serenity.
It provoked a food for thought, 'What is more powerful-rage or serenity?' Mostly, people will vouch for rage, as it's all about aggression. Some innate powers command and over power you at a moment of weakness. Rage though is far more destructive syllabi is also used as a safety tool to protect oneself. Protect from something wrong, something evil. Being ignorant of the fact that it's itself evil. How can one fight evil with evil?
We always under-estimate the power of love. The power of serenity, the state itself comes with love. When we are in control. In balance with ourselves and with the external circumstances. That moment, we command our innate powers, nourish them into something beautiful and peaceful.
You know what's the funniest thing? As time keeps running the marathon in its own pace- at the end, when you were hurt and by whom actually makes you laugh. It doesn't matter. Then you think, how in the past you lost so many precious moments just cribbing and sulking over something so meaningless. That powerful moment of rage is lost in time, washed by the waves for you to write something anew, refreshing.
Love is sole primordial for happiness. Just close your eyes and recall the most cherished moments of your life. In an instance you will feel loved, happy, secure and powerful. That's the beauty of love. The memories can never fade in the dust of time. Doesn't it feel as if it happened yesterday? It's so crystal clear.
Rage is the most convenient emotion. Choose wisely and heal yourself with the power of serenity! It is easier said than done, but aren't we meant to do difficult things? :)
