Bangalore has lately emerged as a marathon hub. Lots of vigour,
training, enthusiasm with good running shoes goes into it. :) Most of my friends
have been participating in the major events. The entire feel is exhilarating. Listening
to their stories and experiences and cribbing about the fact that I still
cannot run (courtesy to my ligament tear). I hatched a brilliant plan. An idea
to start a blog marathon. Hehe. So what if I cannot run, but I’ll be running
the blog for non-stop 31 days, churning out something new every day to write.
Frankly, I am a little nervous as well as excited. For sure it will help me write religiously in a disciplined manner. Though I cannot deny, it’s a big challenge where I'll be competing with myself. There are days and days of all kinds- sometimes they
go in a flyer when I don’t even get time to open my laptop, some days can be a writer’s
block, some days are muted with an emotional turbulence- like a tsunami where I
cannot write about it until it loses its grip over me to pen down, some days I
feel so strongly about something that it has to go on my blog asap, some
days a figment of imagination finds its way to be penned.
I have named it non-stop 31. Sounds like a DJ mix, right? It’s
going to be one heck of a journey ahead. My take away
will be to get into the habit of writing not dependent on my mood but planted
within me as a daily task. Where I go unstoppable until there is a natural
calamity or emergency. :) Motivation will be the increasing page views, honestly it’s a high for me and
you can do a better job to leave a comment if you like a post (It makes my day)! :)
On your mark, get set, go!
